For local owners

A good website should feel as welcoming and established as the front door.

Pricing Model

Priced around commercial value rather than hours on a timesheet.

Each engagement combines a launch fee to get the site built properly and a monthly retainer to keep it secure, current, and commercially useful.

Built For Everyday Businesses

A polished site should still feel practical, clear, and easy to live with.

We are not trying to make a local business look like a bank. We are trying to make it look established, dependable, and straightforward to buy from. The design can stay calm and premium while still speaking to real customers in plain language.

Trades and property

For trades, maintenance, and construction businesses, the site needs to explain services clearly and make it easy for people to enquire.

Clinics and specialists

For clinics and specialist providers, the website should feel calm, clear, and reassuring from the first visit.

Founder-Built Work

We also build and run our own digital products when the right idea calls for it.

North Star Job Hunt is an in-house platform we designed to bring more structure, guidance, and practical AI support to the job search process. We mention it here as a live example of product thinking, UX clarity, and applied AI work.

North Star Job Hunt

An in-house product built to turn a difficult job search into a more structured and supportive digital experience, combining onboarding, AI drafting, and application tracking.

Challenge

Most job-search tools either feel fragmented or assume the user already knows exactly what they are doing. The gap was a calmer, more guided workspace that combines job tracking with useful AI support.

Approach

We designed the platform around guided clarity, editable AI help, and one clear next step at a time. The product vision combines onboarding, drafting tools, job tracking, and future admin controls in one structured workflow.

Outcome

North Star now serves as a real product case study for how we approach UX clarity, AI assistance, and operational product thinking beyond a brochure website.

Packages & Pricing

Value-based website packages with launch pricing and monthly continuity

The structure is simple: a one-off setup fee to get the site launched properly, followed by a monthly plan that covers hosting, support, and continued improvement. For smaller businesses, we can also structure the engagement as a subscription-first service with no upfront launch fee.

Subscription-only structures available by proposal

Subscription-First Option

Prefer to start at £0 upfront and roll everything into a monthly plan?

For smaller local businesses, that is often the simplest route. Instead of paying a larger launch fee, we can scope the website as an ongoing managed service from day one.

Upfront

£0

Ongoing

from £199 / month

Best suited to

Smaller businesses that want predictable monthly cost instead of a higher upfront fee
Launches where an early draft or a simple structure provides a strong starting point
Businesses that prefer hosting, updates, and support wrapped into one retained service
Owner-led companies that want a lower-friction way to move from no website or a weak site to a managed one
Request Proposal

Typically structured on a 12-month basis, subject to scope and delivery requirements.

Approach

Built to support trust, enquiries, and long-term upkeep.

The website should help a business look capable, easy to trust, and straightforward to contact. That means clearer structure, stronger service communication, and an ongoing plan after launch.

Structured positioning

We shape the website around what buyers need to understand quickly: what the business does, why it is credible, and how to take the next step.

Professional presentation

The design language is restrained, ordered, and clear so the business feels established, trustworthy, and easy to deal with.

Ongoing support

The engagement does not stop at launch. We retain responsibility for keeping the site current, secure, and commercially useful.

Secure delivery

Security, review, and process discipline are treated as part of the service rather than optional add-ons after launch.

Broader Capability

Beyond brochure sites, we can also support e-commerce, booking, and practical AI services.

Some businesses need more than a public-facing brochure website. If the site needs to take payments, manage bookings, or help handle customer enquiries more intelligently, we can scope that work as a broader operational engagement.

Capability

E-commerce & booking

For businesses that need online sales, deposits, appointments, or booking flows rather than a brochure-only website.

Suitable for retail, hospitality, clinics, and service appointments

Capability

Practical AI services

AI can help with FAQs, lead triage, booking support, and repetitive admin when it solves a real operational problem.

Ongoing Service

The monthly plan keeps the site maintained, current, and commercially useful.

Content updates, refinements, and minor structural improvements
Lead forms, tracking, and conversion-path support
SEO housekeeping and search visibility improvements
Priority strategic input on what the website should do next

FAQ

Can you start from an early draft or concept we already have?

Yes. For suitable projects, an early concept or draft can become the starting point, which shortens the path to a finished launch.

Do you offer ongoing SEO and content support?

Yes. That is built into the higher tiers, and we can also scope additional support where search visibility is a priority.

Can you work with our existing branding and day-to-day team?

Yes. We can build around an existing brand system, content owner, or approval process where the business already has one in place.

Reviews & References

Trust should be earned through real work and verified feedback.

Request a Proposal

We only publish feedback we can stand behind. As projects complete, this section will carry attributed reviews and client comments. In the meantime, representative work, clear process, and direct proposal discussions remain the fairest way to assess fit.

Only verified feedback is published

We only publish attributable feedback we can verify properly, rather than filling the page with generic quotes.

References can be discussed for suitable proposals

Where appropriate, we can discuss references, sample work, and comparable delivery scope during the proposal stage.

Representative work is available now

The Work and Sector pages already show the standard of structure, presentation, and commercial thinking behind the delivery.

Next Step

If the business has moved on, the website should catch up.

We help businesses replace weak or outdated web presence with something clearer, more credible, and easier to build from over time.
